Stress management has been proven to reduce anxiety, improve sleep, lower blood pressure, enhance mental clarity, and promote a general sense of well-being.​

 

Through guided sessions, Brenda will lead you through a series of breathing techniques, meditation, gentle movement, and deep relaxation.

 

Sessions may be conducted live, or a personal audio recording can be created especially for you.  Recorded Guided Meditation, Stress Management & Yoga sessions are also available online for you to practice at your convenience.

Classes are designed specifically for older adults (55+) and focus on balance and flexibility, gentle stretching, and breathing techniques. All levels welcomed. Brenda is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor who has practiced yoga and meditation for over 20 years. She holds a stress management certificate from Harvard Medical School's Department of Continuing Education and serves as a stress management specialist with Ornish Lifestyle Medicine, the scientifically proven program created by Dr. Dean Ornish to prevent and reverse chronic diseases.
